Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what information the Memory Guide Report website collects and how it is used.

Information you choose to provide

At the end of the optional food and lifestyle questionnaire, you may submit your name, age and email address, together with your permission to be contacted. This information is used to respond with general food and lifestyle information, according to the consent provided.

Quiz responses

The 14 quiz selections are processed within your browser only. They are not included in the contact form submission, stored by our contact collection system or used to create a personal health profile.

Technical information

The hosting provider may process basic technical data required to operate and secure the site, such as access logs. The contact form does not intentionally store IP addresses or advertising identifiers in its lead records. The provided site package does not include third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

Storage and security

Contact details submitted through the form are stored in a private directory on the website's host, separate from public website files. Access should be limited to authorized site administrators. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the contact purpose or as otherwise legally required.

Choices and requests

Submitting contact details is optional. You may request access, correction or deletion of your contact information, or ask to stop receiving messages, using the information on our Contact page. If you do not consent, you may continue reading the guide without submitting the form.

The article may link to independent educational resources. Their websites have separate privacy practices, and references do not imply any endorsement of this website.

We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
